It is our dolorous duty to inform you, that DIMITRIJ has died on April 15th 2008 after a short but painful disease. Interpersonal reasons made it impossible to continue with the band. After 3 releases and 100 shows in various countries over the last two years we want to thank everyone, who made this unforgettable experience possible. You know who you are. Furthermore we would like to inform you, that there will be future musical projects, yet unnamed and dim, but watch out.

DIMITRIJ LOSE DRUMMER
A black flag has been flown above camp Dimitrij: our beloved friend Stefan has decided to quit drumming for musical reasons after exactly 100 shows together. He will be badly missed as a person, as a musician and as our one and only band He-Man.
Nevertheless, the rest of us have decided to continue and so we are looking for a person who is willing and able to play drums in Dimitrij.
We are not searching for someone who is able to play our old songs note by note, because writing new songs is more important to us now. The new drummer will have the chance to bring his own influences and style into our music.
He or she should:
• be willing to invest a lot of time (rehearsals, touring, studio...)
• have own equipment and know how to handle it
• be open minded and bring a lot of creativity
Experience with touring/concerts/studio would be great, but is not essential.

NEW 7 YEARS BAD LUCK SONG & MORE NEWS....
the best and most hungover band in the world, 7 YEARS BAD LUCK, have added a new and yet unreleased song to their myspace profile. listen to "the better happy ending" right here. the song is supposed to get released with one and a half songs more later this year. details will follow. 7 YEARS BAD LUCK are currently booking a tour for July + August that will lead them through Europe and most of the UK.

RENTOKILL are back from their first tour this year and put up a shitload of pictures, videos and even a comic strip. a detailed tourdiary in german language can be found here. RENTOKILL will continue to tour all year long and are still looking for a new bass player. get in touch!
The infamous RETORTENKINDER are plotting the takeover of the world in the darkest corners of their rehearsing room. they have re-recorded one of their most notable songs, "Lisi G.", to become released on the PROTESTSONG COMPILATION out on pate records now. the song is also featured in the latest NEUSTADTPUNK PODCAST. venturous as they are, they have also forced a new song called "Rote Zone" into their myspace player to give us a hint on what their upcoming record "METATRON" might sound like. oh, and here's a video of their first gig ever. the next gig takes place March 9th at the Arena in Vienna, Records & Merch Convention.
DIMITRJ are also back from their 2nd UK tour and do extremly hard with sitting still and writing new songs as all they want is to be out and back on the road again. and guess what? they'll give us both! no doubt there...
SOEY's new, yet unreleased record "RUSH HOUR IN PHANTOM CITY" will most probably see this earth's daylight in June. We'll see.
